Shandong Textile Research Institute was elected as the "Chairman Unit of Nonwoven Machinery Branch of China Textile Machinery Association" at the inaugural meeting of the Nonwoven Machinery Branch of China Textile Machinery Association in June 2017.

       The nonwovens machinery branch will implement the membership assembly system, which is held every six years. In principle, the general meeting is held once a year. The branch proposes to set up 12 president units. The president unit is elected by the general assembly for a term of 6 years. Each year, two presidents serve as executive presidents. The executive president implements a rotation system.
