LFY-403 Fabric Friction Charge Tester (Faraday Tube Method)

The LFY-403 frictional electrification charge tester uses a prescribed friction material to rub the sample. After the sample is charged, the potential of the sample after being put into the Faraday cylinder is measured, and then converted into the amount of charge per unit area.

The main purpose
Under laboratory conditions, evaluate the electrostatic characteristics of the fabric after it is charged in the form of friction, that is, test the surface density of the fabric.
Instrument characteristics
Rub the sample with the specified friction material, after charging the sample, measure the potential of the sample after putting it into the Faraday cylinder, and then convert it to the amount of charge per unit area.
1. The measuring device consists of a friction device and a potential measuring device.
2. The friction device includes a friction rod, a backing plate, a cushion seat and an insulating rod.
3. The potential measuring device is composed of Faraday tube, capacitor and potentiometer.
