Details
Instrument useIt is used to quickly determine the light and weather fastness of dyes and the light and weather resistance of various substances. It can also be used in inks, plastics, paints, paper, rubber coverings, coatings and other articles for light and weather fastness tests. Its main measuring range:
1. Light fastness test of dyes: test the light fastness of dyes under light (wavelength 380nm～750nm) and certain temperature and humidity conditions.
2. Weather fastness test of dyes: The weather fastness of dyes is measured under the combined influence of light (wavelength 380nm～750nm) and certain temperature, humidity and rain.
3. Weather fastness test of textiles, etc.: Test the weather fastness of textiles under the combined action of light (wavelength: visible light 380nm～750nm; ultraviolet light 300nm～380nm) and climatic conditions.
Instrument characteristics
1. XQl500 xenon arc lamp is used as the light source. The visible light range (380nm～750nm) and the ultraviolet range (300nm～380nm) emitted by the radiation source are very similar to sunlight. Such a radiation source is equivalent to the result of daylight measurement.
2. Using multiple automatic controls, safe and reliable operation.
3. The temperature and humidity of the laboratory can be set on the instrument panel as required, and there is a digital display.
4. The upper air cylinder of the light source adopts the sleeve type, which makes the loading and unloading of the lamp tube and the filter more convenient than similar imported instruments, which is conducive to wiping.
