Details
The main purpose
Used to test the flame retardant properties of hanging fabrics such as curtains and curtains. It can be applied to single-layer or multi-layer fabrics, but cannot be applied to fabrics with a gram of more than 700 g/m2 (21 oz/yd2).
Instrument characteristics
 1. Use automatic control methods such as trigger timing, automatic opening and cutting off of air source;
 2. The flame height can be adjusted and can be controlled stably;
 3. The ignition time is automatically timed, and the igniter can be automatically extinguished regularly;
 4. Equipped with exhaust device, after the test is completed, the combustion residual gas can be exhausted;
 5. The instrument is equipped with a leak alarm system to ensure the personal safety of the test personnel.

1. Combustion box specifications: width 675mm, depth 500mm, height 700mm;
2. Burner: meet the requirements of (NFPA) NFPA 701: 2004 5.3.3;
3. Needle strip for sample installation: a 9mm stainless steel strip with a length of 190mm, and a steel needle with a diameter of 0.7mm and a length of 11mm;
4. Sample holder: equipped with 6 stainless steel sample holders;
5. The sample size is 150mm×400mm;
6. The gas supply system can provide a supply pressure of 17.2kPa±2kPa;
7. Power supply: 220V 50Hz.
