The main purpose
It is mainly used to test the burning performance of protective masks and gas masks after being exposed to flame at a certain linear speed. It is a special test instrument for the flame retardant performance of mask products.
Technical index
1. The mask fixture is a metal head mold, which can simulate the use state of the mask.
2. The burner is equipped with combustible gas interfaces such as propane (liquefied gas). Hand-held electronic pulse igniter for easy ignition.
3. According to the height of the full face mask, the distance between the full face mask and the burner has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
4. For other types of masks, the test distance can be adjusted by replacing the burner parts.
5. The burner is positioned automatically and regularly, and the flame height and flame temperature are calibrated at the ignition position.
6. The burning time and smoldering time are automatically recorded and digitally displayed.
7. Equipped with flame temperature thermocouple measuring probe and flame temperature display.
8. The flame height scale and flame temperature probe can rotate horizontally and move up and down to meet the measurement requirements of adjusting the height of the burner.
9. The horizontal linear velocity of the nose tip of the head mold is (60±5) mm/s, and the head mold can rotate on the horizontal plane.
10. Flame height can be adjusted (standard requirement 40±4mm)
11. The diameter of the flame temperature thermocouple measuring probe is 1.5mm
12. The flame temperature at the height of (20±2) mm from the top of the burner is (800±50)℃
13. The wall thickness of the metal head mold is 2～3mm, flame-resistant and burn-resistant
14. Timer for continuous burning time and smoldering time: 0～99.99 seconds, accuracy: ±0.01 seconds
15. Power supply: AC220V, 50Hz, 50W
16. Weight: about 30kg.
17. User-supplied: one can of propane gas.
